Influence and Persuasion Skills (Virtual Course)
We spend much of our day trying to influence and persuade others. However, our efforts are often haphazard and lacking awareness. As a result, we are never as effective as we could be. This one-day course will give you the practical and theoretical knowledge needed to evaluate and improve your ability to influence others. We will work through six universal principles of influence, discuss different application methods, and demonstrate how they can be used to inform and persuade others.
