Elicitation Skills

Open enrolment and in-house options available

This half-day course outlines the foundations for successful approaches in obtaining information without asking a single question. You will learn how to manufacture and manage online and in person interactions to maximise the chances others will disclose the information you desire while minimising the chances of detection. You will be shown the four fundamental focus areas for successful elicitation and how to structure an interaction or conversation to get the information you need. Finally you will be given the opportunity to practice these skills through a series of practical exercises.

The course will be delivered live over one, four-hour session. There will be separate iterations of the course for students in Asia, the Americas and the EMEA region.
