Elicitation Skills (Virtual Course)
This one-day course introduces the principles of elicitation and demonstrates how to obtain information without asking a single question. You will learn how to manufacture and manage online and in person interactions to maximise the chance that others will disclose the information you desire while minimising the risk of detection. You will be introduced to four fundamental focus areas for successful elicitation and seven elicitation techniques. You will then be shown how to structure an interaction or conversation to get the information you need. Finally, you will be given the opportunity to practice these skills through a series of practical exercises.
The course will be delivered live over two, 3.5-hour sessions. There will be separate iterations of the course for students in Asia, the Americas and the EMEA region
