Behaviour Analysis (Virtual Course)

Open enrolment and in-house options available

What people think and how they feel is communicated through their behaviour – whether this be through the words they use, how they hold and use their body, their facial expressions and the way the engage one another. Knowing how to analyse such behaviours can help you better profile and engage your customers, clients and targets. This four-day course combines the psychological and sociological science of emotion, credibility and cognition to help you establish or strengthen your skills as a behaviour analyst. It provides practical strategies that you can use to notice, hypothesise and clarify what others are thinking and feeling, and to open your senses to insights or information that would otherwise be beyond your awareness.

With application across formal settings (e.g. meetings and interviews), informal settings (casual conversations and establishing personal and professional connections), and more sensitive situations (investigations, elicitation, target development), this course will equip you with the skills you need to succeed in them all.
